ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent for over 30 years, and in that time, I’ve built a business rooted in relationships, service, and a bit of personality. My path into insurance was an unexpected one, I have two brothers-in-law who became State Farm agents and introduced me to the business - but before that, I was actually a musical theater major at the University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music! I’ve found creative ways to weave those performance skills into my business, whether it’s through customer engagement or team motivation.

My team currently includes an incredible office manager who’s been with me for half of my agency’s life — she’s experienced, organized, and keeps our office running smoothly. Alongside her are two fantastic team members who make the office a fun and friendly place for both customers and coworkers. We’re currently looking to add one more person to our close-knit group.

Our culture is relaxed but focused, centered on excellent customer service and teamwork rather than high-pressure sales. We take pride in maintaining our 5-star Google Review reputation and celebrate every positive review together. Mondays start with team meetings — a mix of weekend catch-ups and business planning — and we enjoy regular lunches, dinners, and even mini golf outings (families welcome!).

We’re very active in the community and participate in just about every local marketing event. After three decades, our name is well-known and well-loved in the area — and I’m proud to lead a team that represents that legacy with enthusiasm and care.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nancy Morris - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads and identify customer needs.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with computers and office software
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must obtain relevant licensing before start date
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
